I write to thank you for the excellent Media Communications Training session that you conducted for my managers and I last week.

It was quickly apparent that your pre-session research into our organisation had been undertaken thoroughly and with clear understanding of issues that were recent/current. The fact that you had folded these into the session for company media response showed a high level of professionalism. This impressed me in that you were clearly not trying to provide a run of the mill training program, but specifically personalising and adapting your excellent program to our organisation.

We have had our own informal debrief of the session and it is credit to you that we were still on an emotional high four days after the program. The training has given us the basis for a focused media response in adversity as communications with a proactive strategy.

I believe we have started down a journey of media and PR enlightenment and know that we would like to undertake an improvement assessment/refresher program to further develop the areas you educated us in.
