Maree Giles is an Australian author living in the UK and this will be your only opportunity this year to learn from one of the best. She is the author of three literary novels, The past is a secret country, Invisible thread and Under the green moon, and she has written in the UK for publications such as Parents Magazine, SHE magazine and The Guardian newspaper. She has taught journalism and creative writing to students at various colleges, adult education centres and writing centres in England and Australia, and has been a guest speaker and panellist at the Sydney Writers' Festival and the Byron Bay Writers' Festival.
This course is held at the Sydney Writers' Centre in our professional harbourside training rooms in the evenings.
